Design of a Digital Baseband Processor for UHF Tags

چکیده
In this paper, we present a new digital baseband processor for UHF tags. It is low-power and low-voltage circuit adopts the Chinese military standard protocol GJB7377.1. The receives data or commands from RF front-end carries out various functions, such as receiving writing to memory, reading sending memory killing consists of thirteen main sub-modules: TPP decoding, clock management, random number generator, power controller, cyclic redundancy check, FM0 encoding, input processing, output command detection module, initialization state machine module controller. We use ModelSim decoding simulation communication between tag reader, results meet design requirements. can be applied tags has been taped using TSMC 0.18 um CMOS process.
